Made it to Cairo

I am here alive and well. Me and Nate landed Saturday morning Cairo time and have seen a lot so far. Today we did a tour of the Pyramids (of course), the Citadel, which is a huge fortress type structure way up on a hill overlooking the entire city. We also spent a few hours in the Egyptian Museum checking out mummies and their tombs, you know stuff like that. They mummified animals which I thought was funny. You could see thousand year old alligators and dogs that used to be some Kings pet or favorite animal. Well its 3 am here and I can not sleep, I slept 10 hours last night and my body is still confused. In 4 hours I am leaving for Alexandria to see the Mediterranean, huge Alex. Library, and thousand year old ruins.

I had to cross the street a lot today, and its basically like playing Frogger. I almost got hit a few times tonight, its actually kinda fun...
